family owned and operated by the Uribe family since 1995. We are in Helotes Texas 1 mile north of 1604 on Bandera Rd and accross from Oconnor HS. We specialize in traditional Barbacoa, Hand made Tamales, Flour Tortillas, Green salsa. We also have dinning for breakfast and Lunch open daily. We make tacos order and offer over 30 different fillings. So order your way we will be glad to make it.
All our food is of the finest quality. We only use one brand of beef for our Barbacoa we stick to a stringent recipe and time. Our tamles are hand made, we use only cooked and ground corn for our masa, we have a strict menu we follow, and the pork meat is delicous in a taco (not sold to public) and takes one whole day to prepare.
