Owned and operated by the Uribe family since 1995. We are in Helotes Texas,
1 mile north of 1604 on Bandera Road, accross from Oconnor HS. We specialize in traditional Barbacoa, Hand made Tamales, Flour Tortillas, Green salsa. We have a dinning, and a Drive thru. We are open daily for breakfast and Lunch. We make tacos to order and offer over 30 different fillings. So order your way, we will be glad to make it.
All our food is made daily. We use our own recipes, and sell only the foods we loved best that our mom or grandmother cooked. Not what the industry dictates. We only use one brand of beef for our Barbacoa we stick to a stringent recipe and time. Our tamles are hand made, we use only cooked and ground corn for our masa, we have a strict menu we follow, and the pork meat is delicous in a taco (not sold to public) and takes one whole day to prepare.
